Job Title: HR Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Head Office team in various human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment processes, facilitate new employee onboarding, and maintain accurate records.
  • HRIS Administration: Maintain and update employee data, provide user support for HRIS issues, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Staff Administration: Generate change letters, track probation reviews, visa expiries, certifications, and other compliance items, coordinate day-to-day employee queries.
  • Training Administration: Coordinate internal and external training sessions, track employee development activities, liaise with external providers to manage training enrolments and attendance.
Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or Relevant Experience: We require a tertiary qualification in human resources or 1-2 years of experience in an HR Administrator role.

Skills and Competencies: Excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
