About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Event Producer to join our team.

This role involves delivering momentous live experiences for clients. As a key member of the creative agency, you will be responsible for leading the team and managing projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Producer or Senior Producer within an events industry setting. Managing clients, internal teams, and project timelines is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for the team and clients
  • Develop and implement event projects
  • Brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts
  • Prepare concept proposals and manage visualisation of concepts by briefing designers
  • Manage internal and external written briefings, timeline and milestone planning, and run sheets
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and procurement teams
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
  • National and international travel to plan for and deliver live events
  • Produce OH&S plans and risk assessments as required
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Design and styling skills desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office
