
Living Experiences Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, the Accommodation Coordinator plays a key role in delivering transformative living experiences to students. This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service to agents and partners, while managing accommodation placements with Homestay families and student residences. In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with various departments, respond effectively to inquiries, and exercise flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong working knowledge of computer systems and cloud-based software. Experience working in hospitality and/or student accommodation is highly desirable, along with proven skills in customer service. Key Responsibilities:- Accommodate students by managing Homestay and Student Residence requests and placements
- Provide excellent customer service to agents and partners, ensuring smooth accommodation placements
- Liaise and communicate effectively with Homestay families and ensure successful placements
- Manage and deal with accommodation questions, issues, and complaints, escalating to appropriate team members when necessary
- Arrange airport pick-ups and drop-offs for students, including supporting weekend arrivals with the emergency phone
- Process weekly Homestay family payments and maintain harmonious relationships with Homestay families
- Effective and clear written and oral communication in English
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems and cloud-based software
- Experience working in hospitality and/or student accommodation
- Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Able to work collaboratively with other departments and engage effectively with peers and superiors
- Full-time work rights for Australia
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
