In this role as our Senior Living Experience Manager, you will engage with current and prospective residents and families; advising on suitable care and service options and provide support through the resident's journey.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting planned and unplanned customer transitions and advising residents and families of the most suitable care/service options to meet their needs
- Providing a meaningful and seamless experience for the resident; focusing on their goals and facilitating a warm transition to care
- Maintaining and maximizing resident occupancy levels; monitoring referrals/sales inquiries and ensuring a high-level customer experience
- Developing strong relationships with co-located Retirement Community and wider teams
- Building a strong referral network of service providers, health professionals, community groups and other community partners to support referral channels

Above all, you will be an accomplished Sales and Relationships Manager, who can develop and drive our sales strategy, whilst demonstrating our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.
