Job Overview

This is a senior role within an events production company that delivers high-profile live experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams and clients
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Brief and manage designers and stakeholders
  • Prepare concept proposals and present to clients
  • Manage timelines and milestones
  • Write and manage run sheets, schedules and timelines
  • Coordinate logistics and supplier management
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop production schedules, specifications and budgets
  • National and international travel for live events
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure legal compliance
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in events production management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Keynote
  • Client management and budgeting skills
Work Environment:

This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working arrangements (2 days from home, 3 days from office)
