About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Supported Lifestyle program. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Support Care, CPR, and First Aid qualifications. As the Supported Lifestyle Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a bespoke program tailored to our community, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and creating engaging activities and social opportunities.
