Job Title: Service Availability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Availability Manager to join our team.

The role involves managing and continuously improving IT services delivered by the organization, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations across business units, service delivery partners, and access seekers. This includes overseeing service quality, managing incidents and defects, supporting project delivery, advocating for partner experience, maintaining governance processes, and producing performance reports.

A strong background in alternate delivery approaches and vendor coordination is essential, along with deep knowledge of ITIL, infrastructure technologies, and software development practices. The candidate should be capable of driving process improvements, managing risks, and aligning technical delivery with business goals.
