We are looking for a Service Excellence Specialist to join our team, who will play a key role in enhancing our customers' experience across all touchpoints. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive service excellence, ultimately contributing to our goal of becoming the market leader.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service standards across all channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that equip staff with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
- Work closely with senior leadership to communicate progress and insights, and to inform business decisions that impact customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our service delivery model

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership or specialist capacity
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, including the importance of empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, and to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
