Expert Social Media Strategist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Social Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the social presence of iconic brands across Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to launch and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborate with creatives to ensure asset readiness, and track campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with creatives to ensure assets are platform-perfect and performance-ready.
  • Track campaign pacing and performance, raising issues before they become problems.
  • Translate data into smart insights and future-facing recommendations.
  • Stay across platform updates, ad formats, and trending topics.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and strategic alignment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in paid social media (agency, brand, or publisher side).
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and platform tools.
  • A sharp attention to detail, organized mindset, and passion for performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Insight-driven thinking and a natural curiosity for what's new.
  • FMCG or large brand experience is a plus.
