Job Title: Social Impact Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Impact Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive social performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the social performance team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance social impact.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of project outcomes.
  • Conduct research, including sentiment analysis and stakeholder mapping, to inform decision-making.
  • Develop high-quality communication materials and project collateral to engage stakeholders and promote social impact.
  • Assist with writing and preparing fee proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure excellent written and articulate skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills (High EI).
  • Maintain professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in social performance roles, including social impact assessment and/or community and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, public policy, journalism, or a related field.
  • Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation and resilience.
  • Outgoing and dynamic team player with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines and teams.
