Administrative Coordinator Opportunity

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining relationships to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Raise purchase orders and manage discrepancies with suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery times and maintain strong working relationships
  • Order company uniforms and non-inventory items as directed by management
  • Create new item codes within our ERP system
  • Monitor and coordinate stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Collaborate with the national warehouse team to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant administrative or clerical experience, preferably in inventory or logistics
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and relevant software applications
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, both written and verbal
