Administrative Coordinator

This role provides high-level administrative support to ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the executive team
- Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules appointments, and travel arrangements
- Book international and domestic travel in line with Company Policy
- Streamline office processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and implementing solutions as needed
- Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of the executive team
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Read, evaluate, record, amend, and disseminate documentation instructed
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and corporate events
- Perform general administration duties, ensuring detail is accurate and presented in the required format by relevant timeframes
- Coordinate project-based work

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to organize travel, act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure
- Ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professional discretion
- Ability to take accountability for tasks
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt readily to company-specific programs and software
