
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to provide high-quality support to our team.
The role will involve general administrative duties, including lease administration, assisting with property accounting, and reporting as well as general reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders;
- Daily collection of tenants' rental payments and issuing of receipts through MRI;
- Responsible for lease administration, working closely with leasing and sales teams;
- Assist the marketing department with ad-hoc marketing administration and assist with campaigns as necessary;
- Answer queries from customers and clients;
- General administration duties such as filing, ordering stationery supplies;
Requirements:
- Commercial/Retail/Residential administration experience;
This role will suit an individual who has existing experience within the retail, commercial, or residential property industry wanting to take the next step in their career.
