We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable to join our team. Domaine Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.

About The Role

At Domaine Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group, we're passionate about building quality homes and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Finance team plays a crucial role in making it all happen, and we're now looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our head office team.

What will you be responsible for?

Your Day To Day Could Look Like

  • Process invoices accurately and on time, matching to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment proposal reports and run scheduled payments within vendor terms.
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations and maintain up-to-date AP ledgers.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment queries quickly.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
