As a key member of our operations team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our business. Your role will involve applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Analyzing current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Implementing best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.
- Developing and maintaining the business process repository
