Job Opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and treatment to members of the community requiring assistance via ambulance services.
  • Deliver advanced pre-hospital clinical care in accordance with approved guidelines, either independently or as part of a team.
  • Offer relief at outer-urban and branch stations as required, working within established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation regarding clinical services, training provided, and changes to the working environment and equipment.
  • Ensure constant communication with the State Communications Centre, adhering to Ambulance Tasmania policies and protocols.
Essential Requirements
  • Registration with the Paramedicine Board of Australia.
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Paramedic Science degree and relevant work experience or other qualification approved by the service.
  • A current driver's licence.
