Job Title: Clinical Specialist

We operate over 100 medical laboratories and 2000 patient collection centres nationwide, providing a significant share of Australia's pathology services, from hospitals to remote Indigenous communities, offering stability, security, and mobility for your career.

About the Role:

  • Collecting blood and non-blood samples with care
  • Maintaining accurate records for each patient and sample
  • Delivering documentation within specified turnaround times
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Communicating effectively with customers, staff, and couriers

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience or certification in Phlebotomy or Healthcare
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with high empathy
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently in solo clinics
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel between clinics
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Legal right to work in Australia (citizen, resident, or valid visa)
