Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in the optimisation of major projects and process improvement activities. As an enthusiastic and disciplined leader, you will be responsible for managing operational, validation, calibration, and maintenance functions within the sterilization area.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience in the medical device industry, professional engineering/science qualifications, and demonstrated leadership skills and experience. They will also have understanding of sterilisation operations/process, project management expertise, and significant maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with senior managers to set priorities and provide regular feedback on progress for projects and sterilizer operations.
  • Managing operational, validation, calibration, and maintenance functions of the sterilization area.
  • Collaborating with WH&S department to ensure safe procedures are used for operation of the sterilizer and project management.
  • Liaising with functional departments to ensure sterilization services meet production goals.
  • Implementing data measurement to drive and evaluate process improvements.
  • Allocating resources and setting team priorities.
