Your part in Buderim Private Hospital team

As a CSSD Sterilisation Technician/Loan Kits, you will be responsible for the reprocessing and sterilisation of surgical instruments and equipment to the Operating Theatres and clinical areas within the Hospital.

What makes a difference for us?
- Current clinical experience in sterilisation techniques.
- Australian Standard 4187 - 2014.
- ACHS Standards.
- NHMRC - Guidelines for the prevention of transmission of infectious diseases.
- Handling of used items for sterilisation process, including collection procedures and precautions.
- Decontamination and disinfection processes.
- Demonstrated instrumentation knowledge & able to assemble instrument trays correctly.
- SRACA Membership 'Sterilising Research & Advisory Council of Australia (QLD) INC (Desirable)
- Loan Kit experience required
- Available to work across all shifts, AM/PM/Nights plus 24/7 on call roster
