To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. You'll also require relevant certifications, such as Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid/CPR certification, and ABN/Insurance.
