About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-informed support services to families, empowering them to achieve their goals and promote healthy child development.
  • Assess and develop tailored support options for each child and family, incorporating expertise in child development and early intervention principles.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, and professionals, providing coaching and guidance to build skills and confidence.
  • Connect children and families with local community resources, ensuring inclusive participation in settings and activities that promote social growth.
  • Maintain thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals within our business system.
  • Support families through NDIS plan application, implementation, and funding processes, ensuring seamless transition into supportive services.

This role requires a deep understanding of child development, early intervention best practices, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
