Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to support our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to the HR and Recruiting departments, coordinate interviews, manage employee inquiries, and implement process efficiencies using AI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Recruiting teams
  • Coordinate telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews across different time zones
  • Answer employee queries via our ticketing system and draft employment contracts
  • Find efficiencies in people operations processes using AI and automated solutions
  • Support weekly reporting and create ad-hoc reports as required
  • Support onboarding and office upkeep, including ordering supplies, coordinating desk arrangements, and assisting with office engagement initiatives
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, and coordinate with multiple vendors and talent agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year's experience in a HR or Recruiting Coordinator/Administrator role or similar
  • Ability to deploy AI tools and automation solutions in a work environment; hands-on experience highly regarded
  • Proficient and quick in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus
  • Passionate about driving business success and helping your team
  • Ability to independently solve problems and make informed decisions, using all resources available
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, developing, and constantly changing company
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think outside the box, suggest, and challenge processes
