We are seeking an experienced leader to join a key role in E-7 Development, supporting the Wedgetail AEW&C capability.

This leadership role reports to the E7 Cored PIO Program Manager and is responsible for ensuring alignment and integration of work within the E7 Development Program.

The role sits on the E7 Development Leadership Team and will be required to liaise with customers at all levels.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated skills in managing complex projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to execute high-level management functions, including customer liaison and business awareness.
  • Experience in functional areas such as finance, scheduling, production control, trade controls, intellectual property management, metrics management, quality, subcontracting, and procurement.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
  • Significant experience in managing sub-contractors and contracting mechanisms.
  • Ability to navigate complex change management and difficult conversations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a military or commercial aerospace environment.
