
E-7 Aircraft Avionics Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of instructor-led training programs for E-7 Aircraft Avionics Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze lesson frameworks and design maintenance training solutions to meet our requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expert support for developing essential E-7 Aircraft courseware compliant with regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement of E-7 Aircraft courseware, develop and pilot new courses using innovative processes and technology.
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills Avionics (MEA40618) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with E-7 Wedgetail or B737NG holding a B2 MAML or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Avionics Aircraft Maintenance (B2).
