Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of instructor-led training programs for E-7 Aircraft Avionics Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze lesson frameworks and design maintenance training solutions to meet our requirements.
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Provide subject matter expert support for developing essential E-7 Aircraft courseware compliant with regulations.
  4. Lead continuous improvement of E-7 Aircraft courseware, develop and pilot new courses using innovative processes and technology.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills Avionics (MEA40618) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with E-7 Wedgetail or B737NG holding a B2 MAML or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Avionics Aircraft Maintenance (B2).
