Program Management Role

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced program management professional to lead a complex project involving the integration of various stakeholders and systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong program management experience with large-scale projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to navigate complex change management
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related field
  • Significant experience in managing sub-contractors and awareness of contracting mechanisms
  • Excellent understanding of project management best practice principles
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for an Australian Department of Defence security clearance to Secret level
