Senior Engineering Professional

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Professional to drive technical excellence in our infrastructure and construction projects across Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to clients, contractors, engineers, and distributors. They will also prepare detailed technical proposals, installation documentation, and product specifications.

In addition, they will assist in project meetings, site evaluations, and training sessions. They will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and industry authorities to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, contractors, engineers, and distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Conduct site evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and contribute to the development of new products and services.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in technical engineering, preferably in concrete or structural design.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair, and construction techniques.
  • Experience with CAD tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for site visits and client meetings.
