Job Overview

We are seeking a Traffic Systems Planner to design, modify and check traffic management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating traffic control for construction activities, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and modifying traffic guidance schemes (TGS)
  • Writing traffic management plans where required
  • Coordinating traffic control for construction projects
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders
  • Auditing construction sites to ensure correct implementation of traffic management devices

Requirements:

  • Experience in traffic management design
  • Good working knowledge of Invarion (Rapid Plan)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and NearMaps
  • MS Office skills
  • Traffic Management Designer Qualification: essential
    • Current QLD licenses (Class C Manual, Traffic Management Implementation Program)
    • General Construction Induction / White Card
    • Current Class C Manual Driver's License (MR preferred)
