Program Coordinator

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large organization to recruit a Program Coordinator contract for a period of time based in the Brisbane CBD and working from home. This role sits within the Digital and Technology Group reporting to the Program Director as part of Enterprise Delivery. The role is responsible for providing support to the program, and the projects and initiatives within it.
This role involves day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring appropriate governance of the program, and its projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate reporting is delivered for the assigned program in accordance with enterprise frameworks.
The Program Coordinator will support planning and coordination of the program and its projects, initiatives and activities, including financial and resource tracking. They will work alongside members of Enterprise Delivery and broader teams in Digital and Technology and ePMO to actively contribute to program planning, prioritisation, resourcing, reporting and execution.
The role will assist with the end-to-end delivery of projects/initiatives using agreed project management and implementation methodologies. The Program Coordinator will work alongside program/project teams and delivery squads to support the management of financial information and budgets for the program, including monitoring of project costs, invoicing management, forecasting and resource allocation.
The successful candidate will actively monitor projects and initiatives in the program to assist in managing prioritisation, change impact, resourcing, risk and issues, and scheduling overlaps. They will contribute to building a forward view of project and initiative resourcing (demand versus capacity) to enable effective resource planning and scheduling.
The Program Coordinator will work using foundational project delivery methods, while ensuring good portfolio management practices are followed. They will assist with the development, management and maintenance of project management templates, tools, methodologies, and organisation of project documentation for assigned projects.
The role requires the successful candidate to ensure that assigned project records are maintained in accordance with the records management policies and procedures and meet legislative and business requirements.
Requirements for the role include:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a program coordinator/management role within large scale programs.
- Experience in program financial management.
- Experience in project management, methodologies, change management and process improvement.
- Exposure to program delivery practices, including the frameworks and techniques required to administer and support large scale activities.
