We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Programs Coordinator to join our team at Origin Energy Services Ltd. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering core HSE cyclical events and enterprise-wide programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and delivering core HSE cyclical events and enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage HSE reporting cycles, including timely collection, analysis, and submission of critical reports.
  • Oversee the administration of the learning management system and contractor systems, ensuring accurate competency profiles and tracking of training records.
  • Provide support in contract and vendor management for HSE services, including managing purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Identify problems and provide relevant information to Management for problem resolution, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing HSE programs or initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
  • Experience in managing multiple HSE related cyclical projects/programs and activities, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with organisational goals.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between HSE team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
