Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Cross-Functional Leader to drive sales growth and team performance in a dynamic retail environment.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead by example, promoting a positive store culture and empowering team members to achieve their best. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results through effective leadership and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales-driven techniques to improve key performance indicators, including sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Performance: Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain high standards of inventory control, asset protection, and compliance procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
  • Visual Merchandising: Drive sales through effective visual merchandising, product placement, and stock management strategies to create an engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Possess at least A Level / SSCE/ Diploma or above preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of total retail experience; with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, passion for challenging and driving team results
  • Proven communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with store teams and stakeholders
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
