This role oversees the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive ANZ cluster growth. Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team, it sets the direction and facilitates decision-making across all Business Units and Brands to further develop the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic business partner for ANZ SLT: Analyze data, present insights, and provide recommendations to support complex decision-making and execution.
  • Lead annual strategic planning, collaborating with ANZ SLT and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Ensure strategic priority execution through transparent performance tracking and recommend adjustments throughout the year.
  • Develop and lead cross-functional high-impact projects to drive revenue growth, cost improvements, or build/core capabilities.
  • Foster an engaged workplace culture through organizing and facilitating meetings.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a top university with an MBA or equivalent degree among the top 10% of the class.
  • More than 4 years of experience in a high-performance working environment (e.g., strategy consulting, banking, food FMCG/retail).
  • A track record of delivering strategic projects from concept to implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Structured work approach with prioritization.
  • Pragmatic attitude, hands-on mentality, positive change attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and conscientiousness in stakeholder dealings.
  • Effective influencing, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
