We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business strategy efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • To originate and structure financing and advisory transactions across multiple product lines, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
  • To develop and implement marketing materials that drive client engagement and revenue growth.
  • To create comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses to inform pitches and projects.
  • To collaborate closely with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and identify risks.
  • To mentor and guide junior bankers in the development of their analytic skills.
  • To liaise with internal and external stakeholders on transactional matters.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to junior bankers in their career development.
  • To lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
