Job Description

This role entails providing prompt and efficient service to valued customers. The successful candidate will be required to undergo background checks.

The Parts Interpreter will be responsible for maintaining retail displays, marketing and sales of parts, developing new customers, and coordinating the supply of parts to front counter customers.

  • Maintaining and updating the front sales area retail displays
  • Marketing and sales of parts to customers
  • Developing new customers as well as maintaining current customer base
  • Coordinating and implementing the supply of Parts and Parts Services to retail front counter customers
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to all front counter enquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle or equipment parts, sound computer skills, outstanding communication and customer service skills, ability to prioritize workloads and work effectively in team environments, forklift license is desirable but not essential.
