About This Opportunity- This Parts Sales Coordinator position requires an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, working closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Main Duties- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Handle inbound calls, process data, and interpret customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching products.
