
Senior Consultant for Commercial Growth

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Projects.
This role offers an opportunity to deepen your experience in strategic consulting within the legal industry and contribute to firm-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide coordination and support for various projects undertaken by the team, including collecting, organising and maintaining data relevant to ongoing projects.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with project leads and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant insights. Analyse data and summarise findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with specialists to understand and interpret financial data, operational metrics and workforce data.
- Prepare and contribute to the development of presentations, reports and other documentation required by the Strategy team. Ensure documents are accurate, well-organised and professionally presented in line with our branding and style guide.
- Build rapport and communicate effectively across all levels of staff. Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders. Prepare agendas, capture key outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in an analytical or business field - ideally with 3+ years' experience in a strategic, commercial or consulting environment.
- A developing capability in consulting and strategic problem-solving, and a desire to learn more about the evolution of professional services and the business of law.
- Approachability and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to independently manage competing priorities.
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills and ability to think 'outside of the box' to find solutions.
- The ability to convey information, data, and knowledge in a clear, concise, confident, and credible manner.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; training in basic data visualisation is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build relationships.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player, with confidence navigating ambiguity.
