Sourcing Specialist - Vendor Compliance

Job Role:

The Sourcing Specialist - Vendor Compliance role ensures that all supplier relationships comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and track compliance of all active vendors (VBA's, KYC Letters, Consignment Agreements)
  • Administer and review the annual Vendor Buying Agreement (VBA) process
  • Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Act as the central point of contact for vendor exits and structural changes
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance to support Direct Sourcing program objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor compliance, supply chain operations, sourcing, procurement, or related roles
  • Strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Oracle)
