Job Description

The successful applicant will drive continuous improvement of clinical governance systems, education programs and clinical practice to support best care outcomes for all patients.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical escalation support to triage practitioners to ensure best care experience and outcomes.

Additionally, they will develop and deliver clinical triage training, coaching and skill development programs to support staff in improving skills and capabilities and meeting credentialing requirements.

Furthermore, the successful applicant will conduct structured evaluations and reviews against organisational frameworks and standards.

They will also identify areas for clinical improvement and recommend solutions to the manager clinical triage.

Finally, they will implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of clinical triage in line with best care and prescribed KPIs.

As a key member of the leadership team, the successful applicant will contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to improve clinical quality of care, clinical practice standards and clinical governance systems.
