Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Clinical Triage Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing a paediatric clinical triage process that responds to waitlists and meets the needs of families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Triage: Provide high-quality clinical triage services for complex referrals to the Child Health Team, utilizing your expertise in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and evaluation of a 12-month clinical triage initiative to improve waitlist management and family outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and appropriate care for children and their families.
  • Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, and hold eligibility to hold and maintain membership with Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA.
