We've been secretly testing our social division on limited clients, leveraging organic content, data, and AI to reach millions of people across social media platforms.
Now, it's time to take this division to the next level.
- Build and Lead Our Social Division:
- Establish our social media division from the ground up
- Hire and onboard the right talent to create a high-performing team
- Create scalable systems that work and expand globally
- Own Client Relationships:
- Be the main contact between clients and our team
- Focus on growing their audience and views
- Report on performance and turn data into actionable next steps
- Lead the creative and strategic direction for all client accounts
- Guide content from ideation to going viral
- Manage Your Team:
- Mentor team members and help them develop their skills
- Keep quality standards high across everything we produce
- Ensure everyone knows what great work looks like
- Keep Pivotal Conversations at the Forefront of Social Media:
- Manage the content strategy from start to finish without dropping the ball
- Ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy
- Streamline processes so the team can focus on creating engaging content
