We are looking for motivated individuals to join our inside sales team. As anInside Sales Representative, you will generatenew leadsthroughoutbound activitiesand setappointmentsfor Outside Sales Representatives and Franchise Owners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use internet resources to generate new leads for route-based territories
  • Partner with Outside Sales Representatives and Franchise Owners to identify business contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline
  • Foster business growth with high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Create a strong first impression with prospects via phone, building value in our brand
  • Set appropriate expectations with prospects using correct call flow and resources.

PreferredExperience:

  • 1-3 years of outbound business development (B2B preferred)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Previous CRM experience (ZOHO CRM preferred)
  • Ability to work well in a professional team environment
  • Proven track record inphoneprospecting for new business

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

This is an "in-office" role with a requirement to be present in the office to complete your work duties.
