Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our North QLD branches and drive business growth, profitability, and quality initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple branches, achieving budgeted profit and loss performance, and undertaking business development activities to grow existing and new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple branches to create a culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Manage multiple branches to achieve budgeted profit and loss performance.
  • Work from/visit each branch regularly to provide management & leadership that creates a culture of high performance and service delivery.
  • Undertake business development activities in order to grow existing and new business across these branches.
  • Oversee recruitment, induction and training of new staff.
  • Undertake a minimum of monthly supervision with all direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications & Full Professional Registration as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • Team/business management experience with demonstrated success in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop others.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and business development activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of worker's compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
