Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Consumer Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our iconic consumer brands and products across all categories to key customer accounts within our Independent Grocery & Pharmacy (IGP) Channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement successful customer-specific business plans to ensure targets are met for all product categories.
- Build trust with key customers by developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships.
- Analyze store sales results to identify areas of opportunity that will assist in achieving your set sales budget.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the market and local territory to assist in the development of tactical and strategic sales plans.
- Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of digital tools.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Experience within the Pharmacy or Independent grocery channel will be highly regarded.
