We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

Job Description

The Senior Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service engineers who provide technical support to our clients. You will oversee the development and implementation of customer service procedures, as well as monitor equipment preventative maintenance schedules to ensure high levels of performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with customers and service managers to achieve high customer satisfaction rates
  • Providing technical support over the phone and on-site as required
  • Selling and following up on services and service contracts
  • Responding to customer inquiries and implementing feedback to improve quality of service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical background in mechanical and/or automation
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in working with equipment as a field service engineer in food or in a maintenance department
  • Strong capabilities in managing/supervising service engineers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with local and international colleagues
  • Demonstrated knowledge in strategic planning and infrastructure development to support service delivery
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to work with diverse populations
