Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled EPMO Centre of Excellence Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise portfolio governance forums and contribute to continuous process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance for the MSP Online PPM tool, iConnect pages and SharePoint/SWIM repositories.
  • EPMO Development: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the EPMO Centre of Excellence function including policies, frameworks, standards, tools, templates and processes.
  • Project Management Capability: Use influencing and facilitation abilities to uplift Project Management capability within the organisation.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in program/project management environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Mandatory Qualification: Minimum degree qualification in Business or professional discipline.
