Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of our health, safety, and compliance platform.

The Implementation Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. This will involve configuring our system to meet client requirements, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience working with similar software platforms.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years' experience in a related field, such as OHS or workers compensation.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience working with SaaS implementation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and other relevant software applications.
