This role is part of our Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition team based at our Perth office.
Job Description:The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the business to provide comprehensive end-to-end talent acquisition services that ensures the employee experience is the key driver.
This includes providing advice on best practice talent acquisition processes and methodologies used in the sourcing and selection of high-quality candidates, whilst supporting our diversity and inclusion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, digital platforms, social media, career events, and job boards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with our strategic workforce plan, proactively forecasting future talent needs and leveraging internal capability.
- Ensure diverse talent pools are actively considered and presented to hiring managers to support and advance our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives.
- Deliver a tailored and forward-thinking recruitment approach that aligns with business needs and role requirements, driving impactful talent outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, former applicants, hiring managers, P&C Business Partners, and key stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition position or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Experience developing and implementing a variety of sourcing and attraction strategies to assess key talent.
- Experience in talent pooling for critical roles.
- Experience using Success Factors Recruiting or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
