Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Advisor to join our team. As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing complex workers' compensation claims from inception to settlement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proven experience in Workers' Compensation claims with strong technical claims handling and injury management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Western Australia Workers' Compensation legislation and experience working within statutory schemes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable customers, delivering empathy-driven, high-quality customer service.
