Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to a large capital project team. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating meetings, schedules, and compliance training, as well as general administration duties such as word processing and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and compliance training in line with project requirements.
  • Manage all administrative tasks of the team.
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and the general public, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure adherence to all record-keeping regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to the needs of the team and project.
