Job Overview

This project coordinator role is responsible for providing administrative support to a large capital project team. As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for coordinating meetings, schedules, and compliance training.

The Job Requirements

You will work closely with the Project HR Lead to support day-to-day office administration tasks, including project reception. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the project team.
  • Coordinating meetings, schedules, and compliance training in line with project requirements.
  • Ensuring correct sign-in and out procedure for visitors.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and the general public.
  • Ensuring compliance with all record-keeping requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the site.
  • Flexible and accommodating, with strong attention to detail.
