Hobart, Tasmania, Australia beBeeMaintenance Full time $90,000 - $120,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Controller to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your leadership skills and expertise in maintenance planning and coordination. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating maintenance activities across brewing, packaging, and utilities.

You will be responsible for facilitating daily team meetings, reviewing progress, and adjusting plans as required. Maintaining accurate CMMS system data and reporting, and ensuring best-practice usage across the team, will also be a key aspect of this role.

About You:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse trades team.
  • A hands-on mindset and comfort being out on the floor.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A safety-first approach in everything you do.
  • Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM beneficial), Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
